How Does Muscle Empire’s Conquer Work?
Conquer works by combining and exploiting the synergistic effects of the compounds listed below.

Magnesium Aspartate:One of the better-absorbed forms of magnesium by the body, magnesium aspartate, is a mineral supplement with many benefits. Commonly it is used to aid in digestion and reduce the amount of stomach acid produced. Arguably the most important mechanic of magnesium aspartate is that it helps keep bones strong and maintain healthy nerve, cell, and muscle function.

Zinc Aspartate:Zinc Aspartate contains three powerhouse ingredients, zinc, magnesium, and vitamin B6. All three of these work together to boost muscle growth and improve strength and endurance. Zinc aspartate helps those who may have a deficiency in testosterone producing minerals by supplementing them and ensuring that they are introduced and maintained.

Vitamin B6:Vitamin B6, or sometimes referred to as pyridoxine, is required by the body for multiple functions. The water-soluble vitamin is significant to protein, the metabolism of carbohydrates, and fat. Part of its primary mechanic is to create red blood cells and neurotransmitters. The creation of these neurotransmitters may play a role in the regulation of mood. The neurotransmitters that Vitamin B6 is responsible for creating are serotonin and dopamine. Both of which assist in the management of mood. Vitamin B6 may also reduce levels of the amino acid homocysteine, which may increase mood.

Shoden Ashwagandha:For thousands of years, Ashwagandha has been used in ayurvedic medicine to treat stress, energy, and sleep. The primary attribute for its effectiveness lies within its abundance of the active ingredient withanolides. Withanolides are effective for treating inflammation within the body and are produced through the oxidation of lactone or its many derivatives. Ashwagandha also works to block stress pathways within the brain by regulating the chemical signaling of the CNS.

Epicatechin:Epicatechin works through inhibiting myostatin by increasing the levels of follistatin, which is a protein located in the muscles. Because epicatechin is an antioxidant it may also have neuroprotective properties, helping to protect the body from damage caused by free radicals. Another mechanic that epicatechin possesses insulin-mimetic action, which may assist in supporting heart health.

Vitamin D3: Vitamin D3, found in some animal foods like fish and egg yolks, is a fat-soluble vitamin that increases the level of vitamin D in the blood. For Vitamin D to be active in the body, it must undergo two necessary changes. The first change is a conversion into calcidiol, which occurs in the liver where it is stored. The second change is converting from calcidiol to calcitriol, where the vitamin's storage then takes place in the kidneys. The second conversion process is arguably the most important as calcitriol engages with vitamin D receptors found nearly in every human body cell.

Beta-Ecdysterone (20-Hydroxyecdysone): Beta-Ecdysterone is taken by many as a way to increase lean muscle mass and as a way to improve workouts. Through the use of isoflavones, Beta-Ecdysterone may improve healthy cholesterol levels. The androgenic behaviors of Beta-Ecdysterone are one of the many reasons that bodybuilders supplement with it, as it does not possess any of the effects of androgens. Beta-Ecdysterone has also shown that it may increase muscle protein synthesis while potentially possessing protective traits for neural tissue.

DHEA: DHEA converts into hormones known as testosterone and estrogen, respectively, to the sex of the individual. The reasons for taking DHEA as a supplement includes declining levels of DHEA as one gets older. DHEA can be metabolized as testosterone through osteoblasts and as DHT or dihydrotestosterone
